Position Information: The Mental Health Tech I provides direct patient care and management of patients with medical and behavioral issues under the supervision of a Clinical Nurse by performing non-professional patient care services, crisis intervention, therapeutic interactions and behavior management.
Experience Requirements: 1 Year Clinical
– Related Area Required
– And 1 Year Clinical
– Mental Health Preferred Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent  Required
– Or College Courses Nurse Aide Required Licensure/Certification Requirements: Nurse Aide I Required
– And  Or Crisis Prevention Institute Certification Preferred Hours of Work: Every other weekend 7p-7a & 3 11p-7a per week Weekend Requirements: Every Other Call Requirements: As Needed
